Don’t like legal issues? Neither do we. Neffie offers a One-License, One-Price for all digital assets unless stated otherwise. Neffies digital asset licenses can serve for purposes such as Commercial & Non-Commercial use. We remain the sole owner and reserve the rights to all interest, you are not permitted any rights to patent our designs or assets provided; unless you obtain a specifically granted provisional license drafted from authorized personnel at Neffie.com.
What constitutes a Neffie Digital Asset? A Neffie digital asset is any file retrieved via download provisioned by Neffie.com (Ex. Files include but are not limited to - (.ZIP), (Adobe Dimension .DN), (Adobe Photoshop .PSD), (.OBJ), (.MTL), (.JPG), (.PNG), (.PDF), etc.
Neffie digital assets are one-time single-seat licenses to our intellectual property with no current expiration, though conditions may be subject to change. Your digital asset license grants you access for derivative projects for uses as marketing, creative/artistic, and branding purposes. Derivative projects created should not be defamatory, deceptive, or illegal pertaining to the local and federal laws.
Neffie's digital assets may not be resold, redistributed, or sub-licensed in the formats provided from within the emailed download link. Assets cannot be compiled to replicate or simulate a competing service.
Neffie.com reserves the right to modify and update the licensing agreement may be subject to change at any given time in its sole discretion. Neffie.com will use reasonable efforts to notify you of such changes. Notices may be delivered via email, website announcements, login account notifications, or by other means. From point of purchase you agree to be bound by all statements provided within this agreement. Neffies licensing agreements may be subject to change, in which it may constitute conditions to be restructured.
Bad practice / abuse of licensing agreement will result in contract termination and or contract licensing forfeiture at given notice.
